Caravan and motorhome lovers! ? We have great news for you. The 32nd edition of the Alicante Caravaning and Leisure Fair will once again feature a caravan rally that promises to be unforgettable. From 7 to 9 February 2025, you can enjoy a weekend full of activities, good company and, of course, everything related to the world of caravanning.

What do we offer you?

  • Privileged location: The IFA Alicante exhibition centre awaits you with open arms. You will be able to park your vehicle in the auditorium area and enjoy easy access to all the activities.
  • Activities for all tastes: From the official opening and tour of the fair, to a delicious giant paella (2 paella dishes, 2 drinks and 2 pieces of fruit) and a lively sobaquillo dinner with dancing in the lounge of the fair hall.
  • Family atmosphere: A perfect weekend to share with your family and friends. The little ones will also enjoy the experience.
  • Very attractive prices: For a very affordable price, you will have access to all activities, free parking and VIP passes for the fair.  Prices: 28€ (per INSTALLATION - 2 persons), extra person from 12 years old: 12€.
PAYMENT CAN ONLY BE MADE BY BANK TRANSFER. CASH PAYMENT IS NOT ACCEPTED.
 
ALL VEHICLES MUST BE AUTONOMOUS.
 
THERE IS NO WATER LOADING OR EMPTYING OF GREY AND CHEMICAL WASTE.

Camping is not allowed and, consequently, it is not allowed to install awnings, awnings or similar.

Timetable of the meeting:

  • Friday 7 February: From 10:00 am. Reception of participants, handing out of accreditations, information about the event and directions to the car park. After 9 p.m. a waiting area will be set up for the next day's accreditations. 12:00 p.m. opening and visit to the fair.
  • Saturday 8 February: At 9:30 a.m., free morning to visit the fair. At 14:00 hours, giant paella for all registered participants. At 20:30 hours, sobaquillo dinner and subsequent dance.
  • Sunday 9 February: Free day to visit the fair.

How to register?

  2. Make the payment:

    • Make the payment: CERTAMEN CARAVANING SLU
    • Concept: Indicates the same name of the person who made the registration.
  3. Send the receipt: Once the payment has been made, send a copy of the receipt to infoferiacaravaningalicante@gmail.com indicating the same name as the registration. The booking will be confirmed by email in order of receipt.

Important! The registration will be effective once the payment has been made and the receipt has been sent. Any registration without transfer will be cancelled on 04/02/2025.

IMPORTANT NOTE

- ENTRANCE TO THE SITE WILL BE ON FRIDAY 7TH FROM 09:30 HOURS.
 
- IT IS FORBIDDEN TO ADVERTISE AND SELL VEHICLES AND CARAVANNING ARTICLES BETWEEN INDIVIDUALS IN THE WHOLE CAR PARK, ESPECIALLY IN THE CAMPING SITE.
 
- THIS CAMPING IS SUBJECT TO POSSIBLE CHANGES, BOTH FINANCIALLY AND IN TERMS OF LOCATION AND PROGRAMMING.
 
- THE ACTIVITIES TO BE CARRIED OUT IN THE ENCLOSED AREA ARE SUBJECT TO THE OPENING AND CLOSING TIMES OF THE FAIR.
 
- A WHATSAPP GROUP WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR COMMUNICATION BETWEEN ATTENDEES, WHICH WILL BE DELETED ONCE THE EVENT IS OVER.
- PARKING SPACE IS LIMITED, SO NO SPACE WILL BE RESERVED FOR ANYONE. PLACES WILL BE ALLOCATED ON A FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED BASIS.
 
- THE VEHICLES OF THE CARAVANS WILL BE PARKED IN A DESIGNATED AREA.
 
- THE ORGANISATION WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE CAUSED BY MISUSE OF THE FACILITIES.
 
- THE INSTRUCTIONS OF THE ORGANISATION MUST BE FOLLOWED AT ALL TIMES.
