Caravanista meeting Caravaning Alicante 2024
IT WON'T BE LONG NOW!
February 9th is getting closer and closer and we are learning more and more about what we will be able to offer you during this event.
And something you always ask us for is the Caravan meeting at Fira Alacant.
And as we love to spoil you, here you have the dates when this meeting will take place; it will be on the 9th, 10th
and 11th of February 2024.
This will be our 31st edition of Caravaning Alicante and you can't miss it.
The location for the meeiting outside the fairgrounds will be the IFA Auditorium area, open to motorhomes, caravans and camper vans.
But remember:
ALL VEHICLES MUST BE SELF-CONTAINED.
THERE WILL BE NO WATER LOADING OR EMPTYING OF GREY AND CHEMICAL WASTE.
Camping is not allowed either and, consequently, it is not possible to install awnings or similar.

Here is the programme for these days:
Friday 9 February.
- From 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.: Reception of participants, handing out of accreditations, information about the event and directions to the car park.
- After 21:00 there will be a waiting area for the next day's accreditations.
- At 13:00 opening and visit to the Fair.
Saturday 10 February.
-09:30 am: Guided tour of the Torrellano Railway Exhibition (Elche). Walking tour (20 minutes) from the car park of the Fair.
- At 13:30 hours: Return from the excursion.
- 14:00 hours: Giant Paella for all registered participants. It will consist of 1 plate of Paella, 1 beer or 1 water and 1 piece of fruit per person.
By the way! La Gaviota Viajera will eat with us!
Sunday 11th February.
- Free day to visit the fair.
The price to participate in the meeting is 28€. This price is per installation (2 persons). The extra person from 16 years old will have a cost of 12€ and you will be able to use the toilets of the Pavilion II (during fair time).

Finally, and with the aim that we can continue organising this event, there are a series of rules to comply with:
- The entrance to the site will be on Friday 9th from 09:30 am.
- It is forbidden to advertise and sell vehicles and caravanning articles between private individuals in the whole car park, especially in the camping area.
- This camping is subject to possible modifications in terms of economic, location and programme.
- The activities to be carried out in the enclosed area are subject to the opening and closing times of the fair.
- There will be a Whatsapp group for communication between attendees, which will be deleted once the event is over.
- Parking space is limited so no space will be reserved for anyone. Places will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
- Caravan vehicles will be parked in a designated area.
- The organisation will not be held responsible for any damage caused.
- The instructions of the organisers must be followed at all times.
